PHYS 607: Electromagnetic Waves and Radiation
This graduate-level course covers classical electrodynamics based primarily on Modern Electrodynamics by Zangwill. Students develop analytical methods for solving electromagnetic problems using Maxwell’s equations, vector calculus, and operator techniques, with emphasis on fields, sources, radiation, and rigorous problem solving.
